Returns

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned without prior approval
